Getting the littles to bed tonight, I caught a bit of TMZ... gawd awful tv rag that it is...

Anyway, it gave me a bit of pause as to why I even stopped there. I know there is a mentality that likes to see people fail, and a mindset that likes to see people do well. The examples of these are watching Britney Spears fall from her high ride, versus watching Grace Kelly rise to the position of an American Princess.

Two of the celebs covered were Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt as they finalized their adoption of their son, Pax.

Made me think, which celebrity couples do I really hope are happy and survive in the long run? So here's my list:

Since I mentioned them, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt... not because their beautiful on the outside, but from what I can get of their humanitarian efforts (beyond adopting unwanted children), they appear to be beautiful on the inside.

Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles (or whatever her name is now - just because you want SOME royal fairy tale to come true, even though they ruined the happiness of another)

Arnold Schwartzenegger and Maria Shriver
Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgewick
Sean and Robin Wright Penn
Susan Sarandon and Tim Robbins

I'm sure there are more, though off the top of my head I am not thinking of anyone specific.
