View Article  Parody of ACOG's statement
This parody is soooo true! It's not even funny, it's just TRUE.
View Article  and even MORE strep
I got it too...

So keeping track of three people on three different antibiotics... well, it's chaotic.

Thankfully Chloe's Zithromax course was short, and is over. Piper is about halfway through her course, and I'm still at the beginning of mine. I'm on Augmentin, which has an amoxicillin component to it, so I've been watching my little nursling closely - as she demonstrated (at 6 months of age) a sensitivity to amoxicillin, but she's doing fine. Piper is continuing to do well on Keflex, so it seems the cephalosporins are okay, despite the fact that SHE gets hives with amoxicillin as well.

Keeping these meds and allergies straight is exhausting (or maybe that's just the strep).
