We got some cheeses on special from The Milk Pail today, quick notes so that I remember.
Lingot D'Argental from France, totally creamy, sweet, rich. YUM!
L'Edel de Claron, also from France, sticky, stinky, really good...
Capra Sarda Italian Goat, some tang, a hard cheese.

Apparently today was a good cheese day all around. I found Manchego (a Spanish sheep cheese) and goat cheddar at my local grocery store. Wahoo!
