Lingot D'Argental from France, totally creamy, sweet, rich. YUM!

L'Edel de Claron, also from France, sticky, stinky, really good...

Capra Sarda Italian Goat, some tang, a hard cheese.

I need to go back over the other ones, but I'm a big fan of his efforts to support research to slow global warming, as evidenced by his choice of key scientists to address this issue.
